Perry Central Online provides students and families with a variety of online options AND a connection to their local community school! We realize that most students find success in an in-person, traditional environment; however, it's important that we honor the many students who have unique challenges and situations that make online options a better fit.
Students enrolled in Perry Central Online benefit from the flexibility of an online program combined with the support and opportunies available at Perry Central Community School Corporation. Here are a few of the benefits of online through us:
Graduates will earn a Perry Central Junior-Senior High School diploma with a full-range of options and college/career pathways.
Students receive individualized support from online teachers and Perry Central career and guidance counselors.
Live tutoring support is available from 8:00-11:30 a.m. and from 12:00-3:00 p.m. each day that school is in session.
Students may participate in school-sponsored activities, clubs, sports, field trips, and social events such as school dances.
Students benefit from a variety of flexible options including hybrid schedules with online and in-person courses.
Perry Central Online is a program open to any student in grades 5-12 who resides in Indiana. The program is tailored for many types of students and different situations. Some of these may include the following:
Students with travel sports schedules
Persons with professional opportunities in music, sports or other high level jobs that have an expectation of alternative schedules
Home school students who may need additonal support in higher level courses
Home school students who wish to participate in Career-Tech Ed, clubs or athletics
Students who are enrolled in a different online program that does not have a community school connection
Students who need an alternative to an in-person setting because of personal challenges
Students living outside the Perry Central district who desire a quality PC education without physically attending classes in a school building
